Unfortunately, as you probably already know, this only leads to feelings of frustration, being out of control and desperation.

The answer is the Group Program with Optimal Body Balance.
This program is designed to bring together the science of weight loss with the fun of doing it together with friends. You will learn to celebrate your weight-loss journey and make the changes that will help you have more energy, lift the brain fog, eliminate cravings and hunger, feel good, and look great. And oh yeah, lose weight – once and for all. You will enjoy great foods, lots of support, receive a life-altering education on uncovering the hidden reasons preventing you from losing weight and you will feel great about yourself in the process!
This program starts with an individualized Getting Started Visit with our Nutritionist, Sarah Droege. Sarah has helped hundreds of people reach their health and weight loss goals. Using humor, empathy, and compassion, along with a healthy dose of phenomenal recipe ideas and nutritional expertise, Sarah helps you get to the root of your problem and overcome the underlying reasons preventing you from losing weight.
The journey starts with a comprehensive Getting Started Visit, which includes:
- A thorough health history and eating habits review
- Total Metabolism Testing to determine your exact metabolic rate
- Assessments to uncover your specific underlying metabolic imbalances
- Determination of your key motivators and obstacles to weight loss
- Initial dietary guidelines
- Goal Setting
- Personalized Menu Planning
This initial visit lasts approximately 1 ½ hours and can be set-up immediately. NOTE: the Getting Started appointment must be completed BEFORE the second week of the program, so contact Sarah today to schedule!
12 Weeks of Group Instruction, Motivation and Support
After your Getting Started Visit, we jump right into the weekly group classes. Each week you will learn new ways to correct your underlying metabolic imbalances, how to eat in order to rev-up your metabolism, review your food journals, create menu plans, go on field trips, get lots of motivation and support, learn how to stock your pantry, ask questions and have fun while learning what your body needs to lose weight for the last time.
After the 13 weeks, we celebrate your success with a party including healthy snacks, photos and a night out!
This class is taught by Sarah Droege, Nutritionist, and Dr. Chad Oler, ND of the Natural Path Health Center. You will have your own team of professionals to put together the education, information, motivation, skills, humor and enthusiasm you need to succeed.
