Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt or non-dairy alternative
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- sweetener to taste, optional
Instructions
- Blend everything together until smooth.
