- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- fresh greens
- splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together to desired consistency.
