Vegan Chocolate Fondue or Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips 100% chocolate
- ½ cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- pinch celtic sea salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and grapeseed oil
- Stir in agave, vanilla and salt
- For fondue: keep warm in fondue pot or pour into individual dishes, serve with fruit for dipping
- For chocolate bark: line a baking sheet or pan with parchment, pour chocolate on top of parchment, sprinkle with nuts, seeds or dried fruit if desired, place in freezer until hardened
