Vegan Chocolate Fondue or Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips 100% chocolate
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • pinch celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and grapeseed oil
  2. Stir in agave, vanilla and salt
  3. For fondue: keep warm in fondue pot or pour into individual dishes, serve with fruit for dipping
  4. For chocolate bark: line a baking sheet or pan with parchment, pour chocolate on top of parchment, sprinkle with nuts, seeds or dried fruit if desired, place in freezer until hardened
